Molnlycke Hypergel is a 20% hypertonic saline gel for the black, necrotic phase of wound healing.  Water-based, hypertonic saline gel softens eschar, and draws drainage and debris from the wound. Debrides dry necrotic tissue, which is essential for wound healing to progress. Use directly from sterile, single-dose or multidose tubes without mixing, mess or waste.
